Some small businesses or personal customers may prefer to pay for IT support as it is needed. This is a cost effective way of ensuring that your IT is working efficiently without committing to a contract.
As part of this service, we can remotely monitor your network and should any issues occur, we will be alerted and we can contact you to ask if you would like us to fix it. Our prices for our Pay As you Go support are below:
A monthly contract provides you with a fixed price for all your general IT Support needs. This may be more suitable SMB / SME Customers or family's with numerous devices to protect / maintain.
As part of our three main monthly packages, we will remotely monitor your network and should any issues occur, we will be alerted and we will contact you to ask when it would be convenient for us to fix it.
There are three different levels of cover 'Basic / Plus / Premium' and the levels of cover can be compared below:
All on-site work carried out, costs between £40 per hour to £85 per hour depending upon the level of support cover taken out.
